Loving how this Indian Hill kitchen turned out. Rift sawn white oak cabinets with a slim shaker inlay door, white quartz countertop with mitered cuts around the window backsplash, arches built into cabinetry and doorway leading into hall, undercabinet lighting, crown molding, hidden drawer features, and more. Before and after pictures still to come.

Clean and simple upgrade for this kitchen remodel. We removed the 1970s cabinets, soffits, and closet to create a cabinet run that included pantry space and full height upper cabinets. The built in bench seating around the table provided additional storage.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from the team at 3rd Generation Restoration! Here is a kitchen remodel we just finished up that includes a TV built in and new TV wall. The large eat-in island provides amazing storage and working space for meal prep in the kitchen. The herringbone tile around the kitchen window also gives a lot of height appearance to the 8' ceilings. What is your favorite detail?

Before and after photos of a beautiful design that took a 1970s eat in kitchen and formal dining room and transformed it into an open floor plan with larger kitchen and dining space. This layout should have been the standard for these houses when they were built new.

Just in time for the holidays! We were in a big push to get this kitchen functional for Thanksgiving and just have a couple punchlist items for this week. The color combo between the cabinets and backsplash turned out beautiful.

We love to see when a plan comes together. It's amazing what something as simple as drywall, recessed lighting, and finished flooring can do to make a space feel like home. We expanded the bathroom, made two mixed use rooms for office/overnight guests, and created a multigenerational basement space out of a concrete box. It's cool to see the before and after photos of the same angles.
