Flips don’t get delayed because of paint. They get delayed because of unclear scope and rework.

If you would like the project to move, lock these three early: clear scope, consistent finish, and a predictable schedule. That’s what keeps the timeline clean and the property show-ready.

Save this for your next flip, and if you are looking for a crew built around process, DM “INVESTOR”.

This is the “add-on effect”: a project starts with walls and once everything looks clean and bright, the old doors and baseboards suddenly stand out.

That’s not upselling: it’s what a good finish does. It raises the standard of the entire space.

If you’re planning a refresh, DM “UPGRADE” and tell us what you’re starting with.

If your tape lines keep bleeding, it’s usually because the edge wasn’t sealed correctly. Step 2 is the difference-maker: paint a thin coat of the base color over the tape edge first, so that any seepage matches what’s underneath.

Then paint your new color and pull the tape slowly at an angle for a clean reveal.

Save this for your next project: this one tip fixes most “messy edge” headaches.

That tiny swatch on the wall isn’t telling you the truth, especially in South Florida light. Colors shift with morning vs afternoon sun, shadows, and even what’s on your floors and counters.

The simple fix: sample bigger (on the wall or a movable board), look at it in daylight and at night, then confirm before you paint the whole space.

Save this and comment LIGHT if your room gets strong sun, or LOW LIGHT if it doesn’t. I’ll tell you what to test first.

Wallpaper looks high-end when the finish disappears, when the seam is clean, the corner is aligned, and the trim transition looks intentional.

This is the difference between “decor” and “designed”.

If you’re planning a wallpaper accent wall or a full room, DM “WALLPAPER” and tell us your city (Broward / Palm Beach).

Today we pause to honor the men and women who lost their lives in service to the United States, and the families who carry that sacrifice with them.

With gratitude and respect — today and always.

The home had been on the market for months. Beautiful furniture. Great location. No offers.

The problem wasn't the house: it was the color. Dark walls that the owner loved made every buyer walk back out the door.

We came in, repainted every room in a clean, warm neutral. No renovation. No new furniture. Just the right color.

The week after we finished, the house sold.

Neutral isn't boring. Neutral means the next person can see themselves living there , and that's exactly what closes deals.

If you're thinking about selling, don't start with the kitchen. Start with the walls.

DM "QUOTE" — let's talk about what your space needs.

There’s a rule in home projects that’s almost always true: fixing costs more than doing it right the first time.

When we’re called to “save” a job, it usually means someone skipped the steps you don’t see: prep, protection, clean lines, proper dry time. Undoing shortcuts takes more time because you’re correcting problems and doing the job.

If you’re comparing options, ask one question: “What’s your process before the first coat?” The answer tells you everything.

Commercial work doesn’t move like residential and that’s normal. Most delays happen before the first coat: approvals, permits, and scheduling windows.

The upside is real: when the process is respected, the job runs smoother: clearer scope, fewer surprises, better ex*****on.

Planning a commercial refresh in Broward or Palm Beach? DM “COMMERCIAL” with your space type + target timeframe.

Most rooms don’t feel “small” because of the square footage. They feel small because your eye keeps stopping at hard lines and contrast.
A quick rule: dark tones can add depth, light tones can open up a room when the space has good light, and high-contrast trim can act like a frame that makes boundaries feel tighter.
Save this, and comment DARK or LIGHT — which one fits your space better?
