DA is proud to announce that we recently received unanimous approval from the Palm Beach Gardens City Council on the Exter Center! When complete, this one and three story, 23,500sf shared use facility will serve the JCC Mandel, Meyer Preparatory School, and the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County. The project features dual lobbies, a large flexible athletic and performance space as well as multiple lounges and gathering spaces within a 5 acre campus redevelopment. Reconstructed sport fields and playgrounds are part of the enhanced master plan. Scheduled groundbreaking is targeted for 2027!
