Air Conditioned Upholstery shop.

Cutter - Must be able to cut in all aspects of upholstery; pillows, sofas, chairs, marine cushions, custom covers,
Experience in the marine industry is a plus. Production is essential, but the quality of the final product is number one.

Experienced candidates must have at least five years of experience, be able to follow directions,
keep up with deadlines, be able to multi-task, and be a positive team player.

Seeking Full time or Part-time
Monday thru Friday with flexible hours

Thomas Anthony Furniture Services is a well-established furniture repair and restoration company servicing yachts, residential clients and commercial clients in the South Florida area. We are looking to fill several positions within our Upholstery department for craftsman of various skill levels and experience. Our Deerfield, FL location offers an air-conditioned upholstery shop and flexible working hours Monday through Friday.
Part-Time and Full-Time positions include:
• Upholstery/Canvas Cutter and Template Maker: Candidates must possess the ability to develop and alter patterns from start to finish. Ideally able to cut all aspects of upholstery including pillows, sofas, chairs, marine cushions, custom covers.

• Shop Supervisor: We’re looking for a natural leader with industry experience to manage our shop floor, keep the team on schedule and be responsible for quality control. In addition to strong leadership and communication skills, a functional knowledge of the craft is strongly desired.

*Experience in the marine industry is a major plus. Production is very important
but quality of the final product is our number one priority.
