Another detached garage in Portland, Maine is officially protected for the years ahead!

Our Tall Pine Roofing crew gave this structure a complete roofing upgrade from the deck up. We started by preparing the existing wood board sheathing, followed by crisp white metal drip edge and a full layer of protective roofing underlayment to create a strong, weather-tight foundation.

We finished it off with grey architectural asphalt shingles, giving the garage a sharp, updated look while providing the durability needed to stand up against Maine’s rain, snow, wind, and changing seasons.

Every detail matters — from the hip ridges to the gutter transitions — because a roof should do more than look good. It should be built to last. 💪
