Big things are happening on this incredible mountain property.
What started as a vision on paper is now taking shape in the field. Over the past several weeks, our team has begun bringing this ambitious, multi-dimensional addition to life. The project will feature custom timber framing details, a dramatic wall of glass designed to capture the surrounding mountain views, and an airy poolside patio that is going to be nothing short of spectacular.
This project isn't simply about adding square footage—it's about enhancing the scale, character, and grandeur of an already stunning home. The soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed timber structure, and expansive windows will create a space that feels seamlessly connected to the landscape while filling the interior with natural light.
From excavation and foundation work to framing and custom timber fabrication, every step has been carefully planned and executed with the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality that define The BearHand Standard.
