The sandwiches are coming soon Dolce Napoli but until they are ready you have to come by and get some of Chef Megan’s pastries, coffee and a double scoop of gelato. I had the salted caramel and it was delicious 😋

Goal setting to plant, tend, and harvest strawberries in May 2027. I incorporated the Daruma doll to keep an eye/remind me as I work on the long grow cycle ( it’s easy to forget about this plant). We added a 5 gallons of liquid fertilizer to help with transplanting shock and root health.

Working in plus 90 degree weather, I stopped often to hydrate and enjoy a few cans of spicy sardines.

Hard to believe it’s time to plant next Spring’s strawberries in zone6b. The dirt is prepped to receive 1000 plants. Let’s see how we do fighting off the 🦌, 🐇 and our crazy weather.
