Well, I knew “Little Red” wouldn’t last long on the market BUT 5 days!!!! What?! This little cutie got multiple showings before receiving an offer that the seller just couldn’t turn down. Now we are on our way to the closing table and less than 30 days until someone new takes ownership. ♥️ Built by my favorite builder, (shhhh 🤫, don’t tell the others). Excited for my client who is selling his first investment home with me & hopefully many more to come.
