We are very busy this season and so super blessed, but we are never to busy for the small projects too!! Today the guys worked a half day and we did a small punch list for Lynn and Raymond. We put PVC skirts around the front porch posts at the bottom. PVC is a choice product because it will never rot and is still paintable. We recaulked one toilet for them. (never caulk all the way around) We then hung 2 ceiling lights and we also put a grab rail at the back door. We then tightened the frame on their aluminum gazebo. Grace Construction thrives on all projects but it all started small so its only natural we serve all levels of needs and big and small. Stay humble and never forget how you got to where you are. 🙌 🤴 👑 🦁 ✝️

Started another deck this week. This is our 2nd deck out in Naperville. These kind of decks jobs are called deck tune ups. We salvage was is good and replace what is bad. As you can see on this one we added 4 new stair stringers compared to the 3 rotten ones it had previously. This will be decked with Timbertech and all aluminum rails. The color is a surprise but we will do a picture frame on this deck just like last week's deck.

Just finished this maintenance free deck in Naperville. 500 sq. feet. The old cedar deck was in terrible shape and the house side had sunk 2.5 Inches. We raised the deck back up and did some restructuring and added some blocking. This color is pecan from Deckarators with an all black aluminum railing. Turned out beautiful and took 12 days to complete. 🙌 🤴 👑 🦁

As promised, the finished product and open for business. What an amazing 3 month journey and learning experience. This was the biggest build ive done to date and it came out flawlessly just as I planned. Congratulations to Beth on this new adventure and nothing but all the blessings 🙌 to you. Beth had the ribbon cutting on Tuesday and the feedback from the original True Movement owner and from the Chamber members was extremely humbling. We are honored to be able to hand over such a high quality build. It takes a team and I really had the best team.

We passed our last and final 3 inspections on the gym build today. Couldn't be more happy and thankful. All 8 inspections passed first try everytime. I am having professional pictures taken Friday and I am excited to show the finished product. If you haven't heard of True Movement, you should look it up. Here is a couple more sneak peak pics.

Passed our 3 BIG inspections on our Gym Build. We had already passed the first 2 but now we are 5 inspections in, and passed all 5 first try. Super proud of the team and the long endless hours and a huge shout out to my subcontractors, Kuhn Plumbing, Banks Electric, Metropolitan Sprinkler, Dekalb Mechanical and my good friend Jason for all his drywall mudding and expertise. Started hanging drywall today and we have about 15 sheets put up of 5/8x4'x12'.

Here are some progress pictures of our gym build. We are 95% framed in and getting closer to our rough-in inspection. We have already passed one plumbing inspection and pre concrete inspection. Things are coming together fast and very well. Thankful for opportunity.
