And just like that… WE’VE HIT HOUSE NUMBER 300 since the storm !! 🏠🎉

WOW!! I knew we had a strong customer base, but 300 homes?! That’s something else!!

THANK YOU, DEL RIO!! ❤️

I want to take a moment to recognize the people who made this possible because there’s absolutely no way we could’ve done this without them!

First, our incredible installers! Carlos, Gari, Enrique, Jovani and his boys, Christian and his crew. You guys are the backbone of what we do, and I appreciate every single one of you!

And of course, MY OFFICE STAFF!! Ms. D, our right hand and General Manager, April and Aryana! You ladies keep this place running! And let’s not forget the creativity behind Sanchez Roofing, AYLIN!! You all deserve so much credit for what happens behind the scenes!

Our sales reps, Gage, Mo, Jose and Aaron! Thank you guys for getting out there, meeting with customers and representing Sanchez Roofing!

And the muscle behind the operation, Joseph and Jerry! You guys are always there when we need you, and I appreciate you both!

When I look back at where we started, it’s crazy to see how far we’ve come. We are no longer a 4-man operation. We are now a 40-person TEAM!! 💪

That’s 40 people working together, 40 people depending on this company, and 40 people helping us build something bigger than I ever imagined.

300 homes isn’t just a number. That’s 300 families who trusted us with their homes, and that means more to me than anything.

To everyone who has supported us, recommended us, hired us or simply believed in Sanchez Roofing, THANK YOU!!

300 DOWN AND WE’RE NOT DONE YET!! 🔨🏠

One week later, and we’re already seeing tremendous results! 🔨🏠
Our sales representatives have been putting everything they learned into action, working hard to make sure homeowners receive the quality, care, and service they deserve.

We’re incredibly thankful as a team for everything Lee Olivares and Latino Claims Academy poured into us during this training. Your knowledge, experience, and guidance have already made an impact on our team.
We can’t wait to see how this continues to grow as we provide quality homeowners can trust! 🤝🏠

STORY TIME !!!!!

This one has a little history behind it.

Years ago, before Sanchez Roofing, I first started “Sanchez Services” doing handyman work, I used to be the handyman at this very house. So when this house eventually came up for sale, I probably knew the property better than my realtor did 😂. Richard Heshmaty

Funny enough, 10 years later I inspected this same roof for another potential buyer. They ended up walking away because of the roof, and they weren’t the only ones. A few buyers passed on the house because of it.

When we got the opportunity to buy it, I told my wife, “We’ll fix the roof soon.” She trusted me, we jumped on the deal, and our realtor Richard Heshmaty made quick work of it. It was a wrap. I was in SHOCK 😳

Well, “soon” finally came 😂.

Today we tore into it and found exactly what I knew we were eventually going to have to deal with. Over 25 areas of rotted decking had previously been roofed right over instead of being replaced. Old layers, old failed repairs and problems that had been covered up instead of fixed.

So we did to our own home exactly what we do for our customers. Tore it down, replaced the bad wood and fixed what needed fixing before putting the new roof on.

But probably the best part of this build was having some good people in the roofing industry there with us. Lee Olivares from Latino Claims Academy here helping us knock this project out. We had a special visit from our partners at ABC Supply Co. Inc. - Laredo, TX Javier Puerta

Pretty cool when you think about the full circle of it. I went from being the handyman working on this house, to becoming a roofer, to eventually owning the house and putting a roof on it alongside some great people in our industry.

Now I know exactly what’s over my family’s head.

And this time, it was done right.
