Hello Delaware, Ohio!
As promised, the Radon Reaperz are working our hardest to preserve this amazing building everyone knows and hoped would be restored to its former glory. Our team understands the history of this building to the Delaware residents...from the military reserves usage, to a church, to an apartment, to a furniture factory, to a church again, and then partially gutted and left to fall apart upon itself....
Then one year ago exactly, the Radon Reaperz bought this building....
Our team has already gutted and totally rebuilt the business office insides, plus totally fixed the office roof. In the warehouse (the former military living area and church chapel), we have totally gutted it, added new and fixed old concrete, added a brand new handicap bathroom, and rebuilt the warehouse roof in areas....and now adding permanent insulation and wall barriers to the warehouse insides. TODAY we are pouring a brand new concrete driveway (where the two dilapidated barns once sat), replacing sidewalks, and adding a new loading dock...all being done today.
Next up (already in the works)....we are adding a whole new exterior to the warehouse and office building to revert it back to the original military barracks who designed these Quonset Huts across the United States. It'll look AMAZING!
Little help here....the next project for us....if anyone knows who in Delaware, or in Central Ohio, can create two new Radon Reaperz signs (exactly like the "Wing Stop" reverse neon green lighting)....please let us know!
