Ryan's Landscaping Professional Landscape Design/ Build and Maintenance. He started a one-man lawn mowing service with nothing more than a small truck, trailer and lawn mower.

In 2004 Ryan Harrell, a 16-year old high school sophomore at Dublin Jerome High school had an idea to start mowing neighborhood lawns as a summer job. His goal was simple, to provide top quality lawn services for a competitive price. This concept worked and the business soon began to grow, as did Ryan, who was busy not only growing the business, but also continuing with his education by attending

one of the top landscape programs in the country, offered by Columbus State Community College. Today, that education and experience has allowed Ryan's Landscaping to continue growing and prospering, while still focusing on our original vision; to provide state of the art landscape services to our customers. We use the latest technology to provide a sustainable landscape that is environmentally friendly and cost efficient. Our professional staff is ready to provide you with services ranging from landscape design and consultation, site management, large scale estate maintenance and more.

Ok time for a non-pumpkin post! Now is the time we start seeing mums pop up in garden centers and I thought I’d take a fem minutes to talk about when i look for when buying mums. I think one of the biggest mistakes when buying mums is people buy then when they are already in bloom, which is fine if you want an instant impact, but they won’t last through fall. When looking for mums you want to look for even plants, with no flat spots, the leaves should not be dry/crunchy, and most of the buds should still be closed. With proper care mums can last from September to the first hard frost.
