We’re excited to welcome Sydney to the Quality Design & Remodel team as our new Design Consultant!

Sydney joins Quality in a unique role that combines two important parts of the remodeling experience: helping potential clients learn about QDR and determine whether we’re the right fit for their project, and working directly with clients through the design and selections process. Today is a bittersweet day. We celebrated Madina’s last day at Quality with a going-away lunch, sharing food, laughs, and one last afternoon together.

Since joining Quality, Madina has been an important part of keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From assisting with bookkeeping and accounting to keeping our records organized and supporting our team's day-to-day needs, her hard work and attention to detail have been greatly appreciated.

Madina's farewell coincides with a big milestone for her family as she’ll be welcoming a new baby very soon! We couldn’t be more excited for her and her growing family as they prepare for this special new chapter.

Madina, thank you for everything you’ve contributed during your time at Quality. We are so grateful to have had you on our team, and while we’re sad to see you go, we’re excited for everything ahead of you.

From day one, our Summer Design Intern Keira brought creativity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn to every project. We are so grateful for all of her hard work and the positive impact she made this summer.

A big thank you to our intern, Kiera, for being such a wonderful part of the Quality Design & Remodel team this summer!

During her time with QDR, Kiera jumped right into life at our Clifton Park Design Center. She had the opportunity to put her design skills to work on our new conference room, drawing the layout, creating renderings, and sourcing materials for the space. She gained firsthand experience with our design-build process by sitting in on client meetings at the Design Center and visiting active job sites. She assisted our designers with sourcing materials, helped Hope update and maintain our Design Center samples, and took on the major task of organizing and labeling our entire flooring sample collection. We are so grateful to have had her as part of the Quality Team and for helping us with all of this!

As she wraps up her internship and heads off to college, everyone at QDR wishes Kiera the very best in this exciting next chapter. Thank you for all your hard work this summer, Kiera.

Ashleah joined the Quality Design & Remodel team this year as a project designer, bringing more than five years of experience in residential design and project management. Originally from Kansas, she brings a fine arts background and a creative eye to every project.

For Ashleah, great design is about finding the perfect balance between beauty and function.

"I love seeing a space go from dysfunctional to functional while still maintaining a beautiful look. My fine arts background has given me an appreciation for the meticulous work and attention to detail that go into creating a high-quality project."

Her background in fine arts has also shaped her approach to interior design, particularly when it comes to incorporating color and texture. One trend she's especially loving right now? Vintage chic.

"I love a modern twist on a traditionally classic element. I also love a robust color palette that can define the feeling of a space and create a custom, unique look."

Whether she's reimagining an outdated space or helping homeowners bring their vision to life, Ashleah enjoys creating thoughtful, functional designs with distinctive details that make each space feel unique.
