We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review, verify, and process invoices accurately and on time
✔ Code expenses to appropriate accounts
✔ Prepare payments (check, ACH, wire)
✔ Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries
✔ Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
✔ Assist with month-end closing and reporting
✔ Ensure payments are up to date & compliant with company
policies
✔ Support audits and assist with purchase order issues

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of accounts payable or related finance experience
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
• Highly organized, analytical, and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Loader Operator for Pipe Crew

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:

✅Perform preventative maintenance and pre-shift inspections in a safe and effective manner.
✅Operate and monitor Front End Loader in a safe and effective manner for utility pipe crew.
✅Ensure worksite is safe prior to start of shift.
✅Knowledge of underground utilities storm, water and sewer installation.
✅Willingness to work as needed, including heavy labor and cleaning via shovel or equipment. Teamwork is a must!
✅Follow safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and OSHA.
✅Follow company policies, local, state and federal regulations for safe working procedures.
✅Responsible for overall housekeeping of equipment and site.
Other duties as assigned by Foreman or Superintendent.

Job description:

💠Installing and assembling underground pipe systems for water, sewer, and drains.
💠Seal joints
💠Safely operate hand tools i.e. pipe lasers and other small equipment.
💠Inspect places to ensure pipes are properly connected and aligned properly.
💠Must be able to set up laser and shoot grades.

Qualifications:

✅Experience laying pipe systems.
✅Experience working in a team environment
✅Able to lift and move over 50 lbs.
✅Ability to stand for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing etc.
✅Check slopes utilizing lasers, grade rods, and transit levels to verify the pipe is installed with the correct slope for water flow.
✅Cut pipes to the required lengths using saws or other tools.
✅Seal joints.

Assisting with site preparation, grading, and other support tasks

Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

Requirements:

Prior experience operating a loader or other heavy equipment

Strong attention to safety and detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
