The elements and thermostat were bad. It also needed a new anode rod. It was also full of gunk and wasn’t installed with a pan. And with the age being a 2001 she decided, probably would be smarter to replace. The floor had gotten wet underneath a few times because I could poke my finger through it. So I supported under it with a 3/4” piece of plywood. Added a pan. Installed new water heater. I also swapped out 30 amp breaker for her too Another happy customer.🇺🇸🇺🇸

Forgot to take pictures after but installed a new shelving unit in this master closet. She was still waiting on another cabinet she ordered to go in the corner of the closet. So I installed shelving unit accordingly to accommodate corner cabinet when it arrives and for the top shelf to be flush with the cabinet. Another happy customer.🇺🇸🇺🇸

Customer wanted me to install some heat tape because he had some waterlines freeze. He wanted to be able to control it easily without using the breaker or plugging them in every time. Even though they are controlled by a thermostat and you’re supposed to be able to leave them plugged in I recommended not to and to control it with a switch. The plug is on its own circuit so store power from there and cut a new switch above for him. Another happy customer.🇺🇸🇺🇸
