The pictures are from 2 different customers that we serviced in the past month. Both systems are less than 5 years old. Both systems combine to a cost of over $60,000.00. One of these never even had power to the pump turned on, the other a neglected filter the customer didn’t know he had. The common fact is that no one took the time to educate the owners. People just took their money. If your system is old or new, or you just moved into a house with septic, have us provide the service and education you should have. Your system should provide you years of service.

Using our inspection camera to check for line issues for a pumping customer. Line issues such as a low spot in the line or incorrect grade can lead to problems other than backups. The light graying concrete is actually very soft concrete which is a result of excessive hydrogen sulfide. Is your effluent filter clean? Did you know that you might have a filter? An impacted filter can cause a backup all the way back into your house. We recommend checking your filter periodically throughout the year. If it needs cleaning, use a garden hose. If you’re uncomfortable removing or cleaning it, give us a call 970-323-8703.
