📍 Based in Orange City / DeLand, FL
💵 $17–$23/hr + Overtime + Paid Travel + Per Diem
We’re Hendy Turf — a family-owned turf installation and playground company looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our crew. No experience? We’ll train the right person!
🛠️ We’re hiring for:
✅ General Laborers – start at $17/hr, bump to $18 after 90 days
✅ Crew Leader – up to $23/hr + leads the team + drives company truck
✅ What We Offer:
~ Full-time hours (Mon–Fri)
~ Overtime + weekend work available
~ Paid travel (hotel + daily per diem) for out-of-town jobs
~ Small, respectful team that values grit, loyalty & good work
~ Room to grow (Laborer → Crew Leader path)
📌 What You Need:
~ Reliable transportation to our warehouse or crew meet-up (Orange City or DeLand)
~ Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
~ Authorized to work in the U.S. (EADs okay)
~ Driver’s license required for Crew Leader role
~ Experience in landscaping, construction, or turf = a plus!
