Since 2002, WTSO has proudly served Livingston and the surrounding parishes. WTSO has a team dedicated specifically to keeping our clients in compliance with numerous State Departments including Dept. of Health and Hospitals, Environmental Protection Agency as well as regulations of our local governments. Our team works to provide a solution tailored to the individual needs of the client.
