I'm so proud of this kid. He's worked hard, saved his money, bought his own truck, and is now starting his own lawn care business as a teenager. That kind of work ethic is hard to find these days.
I can honestly say he's one of the most respectful, dependable, trustworthy, and hardworking young men I know. I vouch for him 110%.

Tenants like this are good for two things:
1. Making it harder for responsible
pet owners to rent.
2. Giving me job security.
What they're NOT good for?
Covering the $18k remodel this caused.
No pet deposit comes close to covering this.
I will post an after video as soon as I am done with the repairs.
