We built this freeform pool in Bonham, Texas years ago, and the owners have kept it in beautiful shape ever since. So when they were ready for a new look, they called us back.

The refresh centered on dark plaster, shifting the water to a deep, natural tone that turns the whole pool into a backyard lagoon. Same freeform shape they have loved for years, with a completely different mood.

This large freeform pool in Bells, Texas was built for a backyard that never runs short on things to do. A slide sends swimmers into the deep end, a grotto sits ready for anyone brave enough to jump from the top (or venture beneath). A waterfall lines the flagstone falls that spill off the tanning ledge.

Blue plaster sets the tone here, keeping the water bright and clear from the deck to the deep end. A sheer descent runs along the back wall for a steady sheet of sound, and fountains come in from the edge to keep the tanning ledge alive. Tucked into a Pottsboro backyard, this modern build lets negative space do the heavy lifting, letting every clean line breathe. A raised spa commands the high ground, spilling into the pool below through a signature sheer descent that never stops moving. Fountains ripple the surface just enough to keep it alive, and a sun-soaked tanning ledge stretches across the shallow end for the kind of afternoons that don't need an agenda.
