One of my favorite homeowner irrigation systems. This old timer spent hours making sure this system was perfectly spaced and meticulously put together. We would have everything outside the home in the ground but he had other thoughts when he installed these valve manifolds in his basement! It has performed flawlessly for years.

Wow what a winter it’s been!
Spring clean ups will begin as soon as this darn snow melts off. Very windy conditions and even a blizzard to boot here on cape will certainly lead to allot of clean up needed .

Merry Christmas and Happy new year from the Dependable family to yours. Snow removal can be a pain in the rear end but when you can catch a sunrise like this it’s certainly worth it.

So ….
In our industry things don’t always go as expected, but there will always be fun clients to make the situation a little more bearable. We recently were tasked with dropping a large boulder for one of our clients in their front yard as a landscaping feature.
Our client picked out a nice boulder that they wanted, and we got it on site and rolled it out of the back of the dump truck. This Boulder weighed about 5 ton or 10,000 pounds and decided when it hit the ground. It was going to take a quick stroll down our clients hill into a wooded area about 30 feet. Unfortunately, there was no getting it out of there so we went ahead and got the client a new Boulder that was actually a bit larger weighing in at 12,000 pounds and got it to settle in place. Two days later I found this sign at my shop. When I called our client on it, all they did was laugh and admitted that they ordered it online. Screwed it to the post and wanted to give us a good ribbing over it!

Aeration and Overseeding is quickly approaching!
