Before ➡️ After 🔧
This morning we pulled out a worn double-bowl sink and dated chrome faucet and installed a Kraus single-bowl workstation sink with a commercial-style pull-down faucet.
The workstation design is a game changer:
✅ Built-in ledge with a sliding cutting board
✅ Roll-up drying rack
✅ Bottom grid to protect the basin
✅ One big bowl that fits large pots and sheet pans
Same countertop, same cabinets, completely different kitchen feel. No full remodel needed.
Thinking about an upgrade? Call or message us for a free estimate.

Taking care of your compressor is very important, just a quick tip.

From covered patio to screened-in outdoor room 🙌

This family already had a great patio cover with a stained tongue-and-groove ceiling, a ceiling fan and an outdoor fireplace with a TV. They just couldn't use it as much as they wanted because of the bugs, the wind and the Texas sun coming in sideways.

We built a full screen enclosure around the existing cover:
✅ Stained cedar framing, matched to the ceiling and posts
✅ Horizontal cedar knee walls along the base
✅ Heavy-duty screen panels all the way around
✅ Two sets of sliding barn-style screen doors with X-brace detail

Now they can keep the view of the yard and the breeze while keeping out the mosquitoes. Fall in North Texas is the best time of year to be outside, so the timing worked out well 🍂

If you've already got a patio cover and want to get more use out of it, we'd love to take a look.

Ever had issues getting paint from a 1 gallon can to a 5 gallon bucket? Here I show you how I let my 1 gallon can drip into a 5 gallon bucket so most of the paint is transferred.

Before & after: crown molding done right. 🎬

This one's a straight-up shot of the ceiling — added a picture-frame style crown molding detail around the light fixture to create that tray-ceiling look. It frames the fixture, adds depth where the wall meets the ceiling, and gives the whole room a more finished, custom feel.

Crown molding, tray ceiling accents, trim work — if it adds character to a room, we do that.
