Setting the neck of a guitar is the most crucial factor determining playability. The geometry is complex and has many components. The neck needs to sit at approx 2° to the top of the body, everything is curved, and the neck must perfectly follow the center line.

I do this by hand, which means it was a very late night 🤣 but man this thing is going to sound good.
