This car wash in Magnolia, DE, is a specialized government truck wash... Complete with wash bay space, equipment areas, and drainage systems designed for a heavy-duty operation.

When an F3 tornado destroyed DelDOT's Bridgeville Maintenance Shop in April 2023, the call came in, and we got to work.

We served as general contractor on the full replacement of the 7,360-square-foot facility in Bridgeville, DE, self-performing the metal building system er****on and all cast-in-place concrete work.

DelDOT took the opportunity to build back better, expanding the footprint and adding an overhead bridge crane and full l**e equipment package for their team.

This is our 6th DelDOT maintenance building and our 2nd as project GC. 👷
