M/I Homes has been a proud supporter of Pelotonia since 2021, helping to fuel the fight against cancer by building dedicated Benefit Homes across the country. Tealstone Commercial & Residential was honored to contribute the foundation and flatwork for this year’s project.
Through the build of a Benefit Home in , the Dallas team was able to contribute over $260,000 through local donations from individuals, builder partners, trade partners, labor, materials and many more efforts. All proceeds support cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center—a national leader in groundbreaking cancer treatments and therapies.

Design-Build projects foster innovation, value engineering opportunities, and condensed schedules.
In a hard-bid General Contracting method, the Tealstone team works closely with the design team to offer value analysis and engineering, cost estimating, constructibility reviews, scheduling, and scope review with prospective subcontractors.
