Proud to be part of the University of St. Thomas Lee and Penny Anderson Arena in St. Cloud, Minnesota. 🏒🏀

YoungCaruso designed the foodservice program for this dynamic, multiuse venue—home to the university’s men’s and women’s hockey and basketball programs, and a hub for career fairs, lectures, concerts, and campus celebrations.

The scope includes five main concession stands and self-checkout markets on the concourse, three premium clubs with elevated dining experiences, a full-service student-athlete nutrition center, remote hydration stations in training areas, and a central kitchen supporting all venues.

Designed to fuel athletes, fans, and campus life—on game day and beyond.

Grateful to be a part of the kitchen renovation at Jeffco Public Schools - Fletcher Miller School! We were able to take a look at the progress, as they are finishing up this project.
