Another successful redeployment of the custom steel frame retail units ROXBOX built for Detroit's Annual Holiday Market alongside Bedrock and Groundswell Design Group.

First deployed for the holiday market in 2021, the units have been stored off-site and redeployed each year. Over the past few weeks, the ROXBOX, Bedrock, and Groundswell teams collaborated on transporting the units back to Detroit's Cadillac Square in the city's center for the annual holiday experience. The village consists of an outdoor marketplace with 8 pop-up retail spaces featuring a variety of local Detroit retailers.

Aspen Ski Resort (Aspen Snowmass) Delivery + Install 🏔️

ROXBOX recently delivered and installed a 20’ steel frame modular kitchen and a 20’ custom shipping container bar to Lynn Britt Cabin, a mid-mountain lodge on Snowmass Ski Resort in Aspen, Colorado. Flatbed trucks and a crane were used to successfully deliver these modules up the mountain, making for one of our most unique deliveries yet.

This project serves as another example of ROXBOX’s ability to coordinate and lead deliveries to some of the most challenging sites! Stay tuned for more content and information on the finished project.

Coconut Club Delivery + Install 🏗️

Check out these photos from our summer 2024 Coconut Club delivery, where ROXBOX shipped six custom-built steel-frame modules and two of our HELIOS Solarator products from our Houston facility to Stocking Island, a small, narrow island off of Great Exuma Island, The Bahamas.

Flatbed trucks, ships, barges, floating docks, and a track crane were used to successfully deliver these modules, making for one of our most unique and challenging delivery + installation projects yet.

This project serves as another example of ROXBOX's ability to coordinate and lead deliveries to some of the most remote locations in the world!

ROXBOX collaborated with the Basse's Farms team to design + build a mobile 20′ BeerCan Pro for their farm and entertainment complex in Colgate, Wisconsin. Designed to serve beer on tap, wine slushies, canned beverages, and light snacks, the mobile unit was the perfect solution for their agritourism business. With three serving awnings, an 8-tap direct draw system, three merchandiser refrigerators, three slushy machines, and a walk-in cooler, the BeerCan can easily handle the large crowds that come to the farm for their seasonal festivals and attractions.

🚨New Project - Seattle Waterfront Park Solar-Powered 10’ RetailBoxes

ROXBOX collaborated with the Friends of Waterfront Seattle team to design + build four solar-powered, ADA-compliant 10’X8' RetailBoxes for Seattle Waterfront Park’s brand-new attraction, the Promenade Pop-Ups. These 100% off-grid retail units are designed to provide economic opportunities for BIPOC-owned businesses local to the Seattle area.

The Seattle Waterfront Park team also commissioned two inspiring Indigenous artists to adorn the RetailBoxes in custom murals. The kiosk artworks honor and acknowledge the deep-rooted history and cultural significance of the Native peoples in Washington.

🚨New Project - Westminster Mobile 20’ RetailBox

ROXBOX collaborated with the City of Westminster (Colorado) on this mobile retail unit. This retail “ArtBox” will serve as a community-driven art gallery, showcasing and selling local artists’ work in public spaces and parks throughout Westminster.

This “ArtBox” is a great sneak peek into our new line of 10’, 20’ & 40’ RetailBox models launching in the coming weeks. Models are the fastest, cheapest, and easiest way to work with ROXBOX on your modular project!

🚨New Project - 20’ BathroomBox

This modular restroom contains one ADA-compliant stall and three unisex stalls. This tankless bathroom will be connected to onsite utilities, is fully conditioned with HVAC, and is delivered turn-key. A custom vinyl wrap was added to the back of the unit to welcome guests to the client’s space.
