Selling your house can be incredibly stressful, roofs don't have to be.

While doing a final walkthrough I heard the trees rustling. Even the babies are big!

Three times during the build I saw the mom and her two calves. This was the only time the light was good enough for a video. It's amazing how fast the can cover ground.

Roofing and exterior work is punishing in so many ways. From loosing jobs to competitors lying about their prices to win bids, to ever increasing material costs that squeeze bottom lines, to the grueling and life threatening work environment, and even sometimes dealing with laborers being harassed for their ethnicity. Some days it feels like literally anything else would be easier.

But one thing that always puts a smile on our face is the . Reminded and grateful of the beautiful world that we live in.

5 points to the first person to point out all the things wrong on this roof!

Got another one signed, sealed and delivered! TONS of code upgrades on this gorgeous mountain home. We had to wait for the perfect building window as this is situated in an extremely high-wind area and had specific building requirement We had everything prepped and read, and once the weather cooperated we were able to get this one done.

Bonus...the homeowners were an absolute joy to work with. Really fantastic people. Proud of this one!

We got called in by a local GC to install a roof on this addition. They were in a bit of a panic as the electrician was scheduled to do interior work and the roof wasn't even dried in, much less scheduled. We were able to mobilize and get the roof finished up with time to keep the project on schedule.

Teamwork to make the Dream work!

Found another one!

How are other contractors cheaper than us? The only way they can beat our price is by cutting corners...and here's a perfect example. Rather than taking the time to actually cut the vent in, many builders will just install the vent cover and call it a day.

"Good ain't cheap, and cheap ain't good...and good will never be great!"

Thankful for the impeccable timing of the professionals in Jefferson County Sheriffs Office! Without their quick action there's no telling how much destruction this lunatic would have caused.
