According to some storm reports you may have seen or been sent, over 77,000 homes in the Greater Denver Metro Area were impacted. Please know that this is a bit of a hyperbolic statement as most of that number were simply hit with 0.50" hailstones. This will likely result in many of your clients being inundated with door knockers claiming that their roof is destroyed and in immediate need of replacement.
This is where it pays to work with companies whose inspection teams are independently licensed adjusters and can provide your clients with the honesty and education that they deserve in situations like this.
With that being said, the data we have included in our report is detailed below.
This storm had four major sections of impact: Golden, South Broomfield/Northwest Federal Heights, Bennett, and The Pinery.

Again, the aftermath of a confirmed weather event can be a stressful and confusing time for homeowners, as dozens of contractors knock on their doors and provide a wide range of advice. It is important in these moments to help ensure that your policyholders are meeting with highly trained experts who are providing an honest and thorough assessment of the property and supplying the best advice when it comes to filing a claim, performing minor maintenance to extend the life of their roof system, or with a no damage report.
