This leak was 12ft. deep under a garage floor. Five condos were effected. The pipe was 4" ductile iron. My SR-20 kept saying it was 5ft. deep. I located it with the Sewerin A50 and the BO-4 ground mic. I had to turn the valve on, adding water while at the same time pushing 30psi of air from the house side. I could barely hear a low rumbling sound that ended up being appx. 2ft. from the actual leak. This is the deepest slab leak that I have seen.

The hot tub was not losing water. This was supposed to be a simple check the system to verify there are no leaks kinda test. I located this leak on the airline. .45% tracer gas signature and good leak sounds really helped.

I often see older hot tubs that were plumbed using copper pipe. The copper pipe in this hot tub was completely gone. Lots of water leaking here. I cant help but think of how much water has been wasted over the multitude of years this thing has been leaking to reach a point that now they are interested in repairing the situation.

This leak is on the skimmer system for a pool. This is 5psi on 2"PVC. I often speak about bass, midrange, and treble when listening for a leak. This was too good to not post
