🚜 Progress is underway at our newest flip!

Today was all about setting the foundation for a beautiful transformation. We cleared out the overgrown underbrush, opened up the backyard, and completed the initial grading to create a clean, usable outdoor space.

Next up: grass seed! 🌱 With rain in the forecast this week, it’s the perfect time to get seed down and let Mother Nature help us jump-start a lush new lawn.

Sometimes the biggest changes start with a lot of hard work that isn’t glamorous—but creating a great first impression starts from the ground up. Stay tuned as we continue turning this property from Shabby to Fabby! 🏡✨
