We’re excited to announce another new project for Novus Construction — the Commerce City – MSC Building B Office Remodel in Commerce City, Colorado.

Our team will be completing interior improvements including framing, drywall, painting, ceiling work, masonry openings, HVAC scope, and protection of existing finishes as the City creates additional office space within the facility.

Looking forward to getting started and delivering another successful project for the City of Commerce City.

Our team has been making great strides across the property:

* Interior painting completed at the fireplace and entrance hallway
* Exterior painting and pergola work completed
* Library shelving underway
* Activity room flooring completed, along with updated elevator transitions
* Pantry cleared and ready for new shelving
* Offices cleared and prepped for painting

Another productive stretch as we keep moving the project toward completion! 🔨

Progress continues at the Clear Creek County Courthouse! All copper tile installation is now complete, with the team moving through drywall patching, touch-ups, and final detail work.

🚧 Work is underway at the Aurora Public Defender House!

Our team has officially mobilized on-site, kicking things off with selective demolition of existing closet walls and door frames, along with site cleanup and preparation. Floor, door, and frame protection is being put in place as we coordinate with the data cabling team and prepare for the next phases of work.

A strong start with a focus on keeping the site protected, organized, and ready for what’s ahead.

🏗️ NEW PROJECT | SCARPALETTO – LARIMER STORE

We’re excited to announce another new project for Novus Construction!

Our team has been involved with the Scarpaletto Larimer Store from the early planning and drawing development stages, and we’re now preparing to bring the space to life. The project includes a commercial tenant improvement with HVAC and electrical upgrades, custom millwork, display installations, shelving, and interior modifications to accommodate the store’s new location and layout.

We’re looking forward to getting construction underway and seeing this one come together!
