Meet Loveness M***a, the latest recipient of a new roof through Riley’s Roofing’s and RiseUp Malawi.

Loveness lives with her family in Mangochi District, Malawi. Despite circumstances that make everyday life difficult for her family, she has continued to excel in school and we're told she's first in her class.

People learn at different rates and everyone is special, but nothing wrong with first place either :)

We're happy to help another family, chipping away one roof at a time!

𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 - 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹

Today I wanted to share a project we just wrapped up that's a little different from our usual roofing work. We painted all of the railings across a nine-building apartment complex in Centennial. It's not a flashy project, and the before-and-after photos may be a bit anticlimactic, but it took a lot of coordination, communication, and attention to detail to pull off. We're proud of the finished product and grateful for the opportunity to work with another great client 🙂

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀

Over the last few years, we've focused our mountain presence on multi-family projects and HOAs, completing projects all over Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Keystone, Copper, and surrounding areas. We've built great relationships with property managers, realtors, and insurance agents, and will continue to do so.

Moving forward, we'll focus on expanding our residential presence in the mountains to give homeowners more options, offer years of experience, and provide faster turnaround times.

𝗥𝗲-𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀

Another beautiful project in the mountains.

This roof will receive a 60-mil Mule-Hide EPDM overlay over the existing ballasted roof sections, along with a complete replacement of the steep-slope areas using Malarkey Legacy shingles.

Combining durable low-slope roofing with impact-resistant shingles helps provide long-term protection in a mountain environment where weather conditions can be demanding.

Always great to be working in the mountains.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗝𝗼𝗲𝗹, 𝗮𝗻 𝟖-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿-𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗼𝗸𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗶

Joel's family lived in a two-bedroom brick home with a grass-thatched roof that leaked during the rainy season and had been partially blown off by high winds. Today, they have a new metal roof that will provide safety and protection for years to come.

Riley's Roofing & Exteriors was honored to continue our partnership with Megan Mathis and the team at RiseUp Malawi for making this project possible and ensuring the support reached a family in need.
