𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫!

I wanted to start off 2026 by sharing some pictures of our continuous project in Malawi. Over the past few months, we were able to complete two more roofing projects. The houses pictured belong to Caroline Gundula and Imran Yahaya. We're helping provide safe, durable shelter for families and finally their children can do their homework without dodging raindrops.

I’m grateful for our partnership with RiseUp Malawi and Megan Mathis for continuing to make all of this possible!

The Backbone Behind the Scenes - 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗼

Today I want to give some well-deserved recognition to someone who’s been quietly keeping our operation running at a higher level since the moment she joined us back in February.

Meet Christine.

I probably should’ve introduced her months ago, because from day one she’s been phenomenal. She wears so many hats that I occasionally worry my job might be on the line if I don’t get her what she needs on time 🙂

In all seriousness, she has taken on countless responsibilities this past year and elevated every part of our workflow. Riley’s Roofing wouldn’t be where it is without her.

What impresses me most is her dedication: Christine lives in the Philippines and rearranges her entire schedule to work the night shift so she can be aligned with our team here in Colorado. That level of commitment is rare, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Christine, thank you for everything you do. I’m incredibly grateful to work with you, and we’re so lucky to have you as part of our team!

Introducing our Commercial Roofing Field Tech - 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝘆 𝗢𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗴

Andy just started with us yesterday and we're very excited to have him! He's fresh out of the Navy and fits our company culture perfectly. He's a hard worker and he'll be a key player in getting our company to the next level while maintaining our core values and standards.
