Great review from Jerry... "Of the estimates I received, Absolute was the most thorough in assessing my needs and how to retrofit given the pre-existing construction. The other companies gave quotes after a quick look or even a phone consultation, which may or may not have solved the problem.

Absolute was very ethical, honest, and thorough, and the actual workmanship was top-notch.

Sarah, who helped schedule my service appointment, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. My power happened to go out around the time of my appointment, and she was very flexible in working around the situation. Before scheduling the service call, she also walked me through a few troubleshooting steps to see if I could resolve the issue myself and avoid the cost of a visit. I really appreciated that level of honesty and customer service.

Miguel, the technician who came out, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Although the primary issue turned out to be electrical, he took the time to help me with a few other minor issues related to my radon mitigation system and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

It's refreshing to work with a company that is responsive, honest, and focused on helping customers rather than simply selling a service. I would absolutely use Absolute Radon Safety again for any future radon mitigation needs."

The installation was able to be scheduled the very next week and the price was surprisingly affordable. The team that did the install was efficient, self-supportive and professional.
