Elevate Property services is looking for an outgoing individual with great communication skills and work ethic. Candidate must be willing to learn or have the below skill sets. We are more than happy to train you if you're willing to work! As your skill increases so will your pay and bonus!

Drywall repair and replacement
Light plumbing- P-traps, setting sinks, replacing faucet and lines
Gutter clean out
Mowing and Landscaping
Paint/Caulking
Minor electrical troubleshooting and repair
Repair and replace doors
Irrigation troubleshoot and repair
Turns and Remodeling of units
You will be required to have your own vehicle with a possibility to use a company truck in the future. We will also reimburse for mileage on your own vehicle.

A mobile phone is required to receive calls and text.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Must have mask if entering occupied units.
