In total, we installed more than 595,300 sq. ft. of Eagle Capistrano tile—an investment in long‑lasting strength, improved safety, and lasting peace of mind.

Our team had the privilege of replacing every roof throughout the community, ensuring that each home is now safeguarded with the highest quality materials available. In total, more than 131,500 square feet was installed—providing durable protection, enhanced safety, and long‑term peace of mind for residents. This achievement reflects not only the dedication and expertise of our crew, but also the trust placed in us by the community. What an honor it's been for our teams over the past few weeks to work on this community! With over 140,400 square feet of GAF Armorshield II Impact Resistant shingles installed, this community is well-equipped to withstand the elements for years to come.
While we have a few more projects lined up with them, we wanted to showcase the excellent work our teams completed across the entire community's roofs. We hope that by communicating through every step of the project and coordinating with the Property Management team and tenants, we can build not only a strong, lasting relationship with the HOA, but with the community as a whole!

What an honor it is to work on this amazing property once again! We have done a variety of projects for this property over the last few years and each year we're more than grateful to be chosen once again to help remodel, refresh or repair anything on site!

For our most recent project, there is over 16,300 square feet of GAF Everguard 60 Mil of TPO being applied on the roof.

We believe in upholding close relationships with our clients so projects transition smoothly and the trust we build lasts for many years to come!

What an incredible day at the 2025 CAI Golf Tournament! Our team had a fantastic time both hitting the greens and proudly sponsoring this event. A heartfelt thank-you goes out to all the sponsors, everyone who stopped by our booth to connect, and especially to the CAI - Southern Colorado Chapter for making this event possible! With the combination of the weather and views that were nothing short of amazing, the tournament was the perfect blend of fun and networking.
