Welcome to the Mid-November construction update! We have been blessed with great weather as of late, which has greatly helped us on the exterior of the building. All scaffolding work is currently finished, and both the north and south face stucco is looking fantastic. On the interior, on the first floor, the painters are working hard to finish painting all the units. One level above, on the second floor, we are installing doors and trim, cabinets, finishes, and flooring, with the painters coming in soon. Up on the third floor, drywall is complete with texture work currently happening. Stay tuned for more updates!
