This project is SO close to being done! Second story addition, side addition, and lowered the basement floor about 2 feet and made a lovely 2-bedroom basement apartment/ADU (yep, it's 100% legal to do these in Denver now). The owners have moved back in, get ready for some wonderful landscaping designed by Rebecca Knapp Landscape Architecture !

3701 West 25th Avenue, before & after! So glad to be able to retain the Tudor charm - as always, quite challenging to get these rooflines to work in the tight Denver bulk plane requirements. I was able to make a big lower-slope west-facing portion of roof for solar panels (which you can't see from the ground).
