Here is a before-and-after photo of one of the three gutter covers we replaced.

As you can see, the previous covers had completely rusted out. Taking care of preventative maintenance like this will save the community a lot of time and money in the long run.

We are deeply saddened to share that our former colleague, Karl, has passed away. Karl and I worked together at AGS Construction, and he will be greatly missed.

Check out these gazebos we recently put up for a community here in Denver! We put up three altogether. These structures were built to provide a nice, shaded resting spot for everyone to enjoy.

We also included flowerboxes with the gazebos. To combat the extreme summer heat and ensure they look great all season long, we are going to fill the boxes with vibrant fake flowers.

We are officially celebrating our two-year anniversary as Gunn Alexander Construction this coming July 4th! Reflecting on this milestone, we feel incredibly blessed for the amazing journey we’ve shared so far.

We recently completed a project in Westminster where we worked with a local HOA to install a large stucco privacy wall backing up to several homeowners' backyards.

To ensure the project remained affordable and manageable for the community, we are replacing the wall section by section. This proactive approach allows us to maintain high-quality results while remaining mindful of the client's budget.
