Here's a nice before and after of our most recent deck project in downtown Denver! One of the most challenging parts of this project was opening up the brick wall, removing the door and window, and replacing those with new French doors. We added privacy walls on both sides with a pergola on the east, as well as lighting on the house. With a couple layers of paint, this beautiful project is complete!

A fun bathroom remodel from earlier this year! We moved the location of the toilet to open up some space, and it came out great!

Things are moving quickly with our newest project, the Electric Dream Boutique! You may have seen this vehicle around town showcasing unique fashions out of the truck as well as online, which will now be available in-store in the coming months. Happy Friday to another project complete! This was a challenging addition of 3 skylight windows, a sliding glass door, and a custom gable build over the door. All windows, lights, flooring, outer walls, painting, and roofing done by us! This family is going to have countless new memories in this luxury sunroom.

We've just completed removing the flat ceiling to expose this beautiful archway beneath, which will open up great extra space on this beautiful patio. We are currently installing a gorgeous oak front door and then we'll move onto the new ceiling!

We are replacing and rebuilding a rooftop deck, with all new stringers to create positive drainage, as the client was experiencing quite a bit of standing water, which can cause rot, among other things. Quick and easy is never a bad thing!
