Very professional and friendly.
Roof was replaced from wind and hail damage and they stuck by us the whole way through. Fighting with insurance companies to get what was owed is never an easy task but with Ray and his team it seemed so much smoother."

Great review from Jon... "We've owned our home in Highlands Ranch for 15 years and finally had to bite the bullet on a full roof replacement after years of Colorado hail damage adding up. I got quotes from four different Denver roofing contractors, and ESS Roofing & Exteriors was the only one that didn't make me feel like I was being sold a used car. Jacob came out for the estimate and walked me through exactly what our residential roofing project would entail - materials, timeline, the whole nine yards. He even helped us pick shingles that would hold up better against future hailstorms, which unfortunately are pretty common on the Front Range. Ray and his roofing crew were professionals through and through. They started at 7am each day and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. Victoria checked in mid-project to make sure we were happy with everything, which I really appreciated. The roof looks amazing and we've already been through a couple of storms with zero issues. For anyone in the Denver metro area needing roof work, ESS is legit. They know Colorado weather and they know roofing."

Great review from Cheryl... "Honestly, I didn't think finding a reliable roofing contractor in Denver would be this easy. After the crazy hailstorm we had in June, our entire neighborhood looked like a roofing company convention with all the trucks driving around. Victoria from ESS Roofing & Exteriors came recommended by our neighbor who used them last year, and now I understand why. She knows the Front Range weather patterns inside and out and could tell just by looking at our roof exactly what kind of storm damage we were dealing with. Jacob handled all the insurance claim paperwork - seriously, he made that whole nightmare process actually bearable. When it came time for the actual roof replacement, Ray's crew knocked it out in two days despite the typical afternoon thunderstorms we get here in Colorado. They did our gutters too, and everything matches perfectly. My wife was worried about our flower beds, but they protected everything and cleaned up like they were never here. If you're looking for a Denver roofing company that actually knows what they're doing and won't try to rip you off, call ESS. We're in Lakewood and they service this whole area."

Great review from Matthew... "After getting three different quotes for our roof replacement, ESS Roofing & Exteriors stood out for all the right reasons. Jacob came out personally to assess the hail damage and spent over an hour walking us through what needed to happen. He explained the insurance process in plain English and even offered to be present when the adjuster came out, which made a huge difference in our settlement. The installation went smoothly thanks to Ray's experienced crew - they were polite, hardworking, and clearly knew their trade. We had a few custom requests including matching our new gutters to a specific color, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. What really sealed the deal for us was when we had a minor concern a few weeks after completion - Victoria personally followed up to make sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. That kind of after-service care is rare these days. Our neighbors have been asking who did our roof because it looks so good, and we've happily passed along ESS's contact information to several people already."
