Kitchen Transformation

This project proves that you don’t always need a full kitchen gut renovation to create a dramatic transformation.

The homeowners loved their kitchen layout, but it lacked storage, functionality, and the custom feel they were looking for. Our goal was to maximize every inch of space while creating a brighter, organized and a more elevated design.

What changed?

1. Expanded the island to create significantly more countertop workspace and seating
2. Added custom storage to the island, including deep drawers for pots, pans, and everyday essentials
3. Installed beautiful quartz countertops throughout
4. Added a custom furniture-style island in a rich green finish to create a focal point in the space
5. Installed a new decorative tile backsplash for added texture and character
6. Updated cabinet hardware throughout with warm brass finishes
7. Installed modern glass pendant lighting over the island
8. Created a custom built-in mudroom drop zone with shoe storage near the patio door
9. Added crown molding details to give the cabinetry a custom, built-in appearance
10. Updated the range hood area for a more refined look.
11. Added soft-close hinges to all cabinet doors
12. Installed soft-close drawer slides throughout
13. Added custom pull-out organizers inside cabinet boxes for easier access and improved storage

One of the biggest wins of this project was transforming previously underutilized space into highly functional storage. The new floor-to-ceiling pantry and built-in entry storage added organization without sacrificing the open feel of the kitchen.

The result is a kitchen that feels brighter, more custom, and much more functional for everyday family life; all while keeping the original footprint intact.

And yes again: sometimes the best remodels aren’t about making a room bigger. They’re about making the space work better.

Bathroom Transformation

This bathroom renovation was all about improving both functionality and storage while keeping a timeless design.

The homeowner’s wish list included a double-sink vanity and a bathtub instead of the existing shower. One of the unique challenges was that the shower area was deeper than the standard tub layout required. Rather than leaving wasted space, we designed and built a custom pony wall behind the tub, creating the perfect ledge for shampoo, conditioner, soap, and bath accessories while making the space feel intentional and balanced.

We also removed the awkward bump-out behind the toilet, which had always made the room feel choppy and disconnected. Eliminating that unnecessary projection allowed the bathroom to feel more open, streamlined, and visually cohesive.

Project Highlights:
1. Removed the existing shower and installed a new bathtub
2. Added a custom pony wall with built-in storage ledge
3. Eliminated the awkward bump-out behind the toilet for a cleaner layout

From heavy … to refined.

This kitchen was completely elevated with intentional design and high-end finishes:

– New mitered island countertops with water fall design on both ends for a seamless, solid look. This client was ready to say goodbye to the sparky blue countertops.
– New perimeter countertops to brighten and modernize the space
– Full backsplash upgrade for texture and visual depth
– Custom built-in range hood for a clean, architectural focal point
– Integrated paneling to unify the glass cabinets with the rest of the kitchen

Every change was made to bring balance, cohesiveness, light, and a more elevated feel to the entire space.
We put in new lighting as well, pics coming with that upgrade.
