It felt like the song from the never ending story was playing in my head as we were building this fence.
That is the longest straight run fence I have ever had to build!
360 ft!
It looks great and sunshine 3 rv park should be open for business very soon. Just waiting on the water company to bore us a new tap, and the septic engineer to complete the design for installation!

We installed the lights after staining all the wood and applying clear coat. All that is left is some genstone and some trim and we will be wrapping up! Looks great lit up like a ufo!

Sunshine’s first ever RV Park, is going to be located off of hwy 103 San Augustine Texas directly behind sunshine #3
It will have 16 spots, also will have a boat storage building.
Here is the progress we have made in a week, thanks to all the hard work put in by ACTION DIRT company and the GSE crew.

Sunshine #3 had their Grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony, it was great to see a happy community with the store being fully operational!

Customer gave me a computer designed picture of what he wanted the front of his store to look like.
He said I don’t have any detailed drawings or specs on it, can you build it and make it look like the picture.
No problem! Lol

We finally wrapped up
Sunshine #3 San Augustine Texas
Turned out great.
Took a little longer than expected due to the crazy winter weather we had this year but it’s finished and opening back up!
Thank you sunshine group for being a valued member of my business! Looking forward to the next one.

A good friend of mine purchased a camp and wanted to change the look.
He gave me his ideas and I gave him a few, this is what we came up with.
Covered the ceiling with really old barn tin, covered the walls with tongue and groove spruce, added some rough cut cedar trim, installed banding angle as crown and corner trim, hung all new light fixtures, removed a sliding glass door and installed cased opening, installed a exterior door where there was only a screen door, and fixed some electrical issues.
All that is left is shower guy building the stone shower and floors being installed.
Then we will be back to add base boards.
I really like how this camp turned out. Really rustic looking
