WE'RE HIRING!!! **PART-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT**

M&M Custom Construction is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual to join our team! This position supports our daily office operations, accounting processes, marketing efforts, and construction project preparation.

DETAILS:
>Part-time: 20–30 hrs/wk with potential to transition to full-time
>Flexible Schedule (hours must be worked during M-F, 8am-5pm)
>Starting pay: $18/hour
>Initial 90-day trial period
>Our office is located in Derby, KS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
>Assist with invoice processing, coding, and account reconciliation
>Create and schedule social media content
>Prepare and mark blueprints for upcoming construction projects
>Review orders against blueprints and project specifications
>Assist with ordering materials and general office administration
>Other duties as assigned

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills, and the initiative to identify and resolve issues. Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Calendar), Canva, video/content creation software, and PDF editing is preferred.
