Going through some old project photos and found these pics of a renovated beach house stair that had become unsafe. Nothing like fun and sun while getting the beach house ready for another season of sun and sand.

The final details are complete and take this project over the top. The tile floor is down, the decorative tin ceiling is up, and the golf simulator setup is turning this space into something really special.

From the first shovel in the ground to the final trim and custom woodwork, every piece of this build was designed and crafted to make it one-of-a-kind. Couldn’t be happier with how it all came together!

This addition is really coming to life — tile floors are set, the decorative tin ceiling is gleaming, and the golf simulator is officially taking this space to another level.

From the foundation to the fine details, it’s been incredible watching this transformation unfold. Every piece — from stonework to woodwork — comes together to create a one-of-a-kind space that blends craftsmanship, comfort, and a little bit of fun.

With finish work moving along on-site, we’re back at the woodshop transforming milled lumber into beautiful custom countertops for the new addition.

There’s nothing quite like taking rough boards from the sawmill and turning them into smooth, finished pieces that will become part of the home for years to come. Every detail is built by hand — start to finish.

With the drywall wrapped up and the stonework and driveway complete outside, it’s time to focus on the interior details. Window trim, wainscoting, and finish carpentry are underway!

This is where craftsmanship really shines and the addition starts feeling like home. Excited to see it all come together over the next stretch!

Drywall finishing is complete and the decorative stonework on the exterior is done — and it looks incredible. The addition is really coming together inside and out.

The focus now shifts indoors. Trim and custom finishes are next as we bring this new space to life.

The walls are up, seams are tight, and the space is really taking shape. Finishing drywall is one of those milestones where you can finally start to see the true form of the rooms — light, layout, and flow all come to life.

Next up: trim work, stone accents, and those fine details that make this addition blend seamlessly with the rest of the home.

Drywall has been delivered and decorative stone is on deck — the addition is really starting to take shape inside and out.

Another big milestone on this home addition — the new roof is on. Always a great feeling to get everything protected from the weather.

Now that the structure’s officially under cover, we can shift focus to the details inside. Each step brings this project closer to completion.
