5 SUMMER IRRIGATION PROBLEMS MOST HOMEOWNERS MISS!

July and August heat reveals system issues you didn't know existed.

PROBLEM #1: BROWN PATCHES ON LAWN

What's happening: One zone not reaching everywhere. Sprinkler head angled wrong or clogged with debris.

How to fix it:
✅ Identify which zone corresponds to the brown patch
✅ Walk that zone while it's running and check spray pattern
✅ Look for clogged sprinkler head (dirt inside nozzle)
✅ Verify spray angle is correct (should arc 6-8 feet)
✅ Replace broken head if needed

PROBLEM #2: HIGH WATER BILL SPIKE

What's happening: Your bill jumps from $100 to $200. Hidden leak in underground line or broken valve wasting water.

How to fix it:
✅ Check for visible geysers (water shooting up wrong direction)
