My name is Rick Storts I own Door Rescue 911 in Derby Ks. We have been in business since 2018. I started this business on a leap of faith, out of my own pocket, not only for the future of my family but for the protection of my customers. I built this business to be an honest, god following door installer. I was so tired of seeing people being charged for simple fixes, old people on fixed incomes being taken advantage of or even sabitoging jobs to create revenue. I wanted a business that follows the golden rule. I have talked people through fixing their own problem, I give them options. I am not here to make millions, I am here to help people, my cell phone is on me 24/7 3165162576, my guys have the same goal. I have been told by other door companies that I have the dream team, and I do. I have 2 techs Nate and Bowen they do anywhere from 5 to 10 jobs a day. I don't have to worry about the jobs they do because they do what is right. Sometimes they don't even charge the customer depending on the circumstance. We are not your average door company, we do what is right and we give all the information you need to make a wise decision. My hat is off to my techs, they are the best in the business hands down.
