This is our latest deck build! We repaired the whole rear sill of the home because the previous person never properly flashed the original deck so it completely rotted out, we then built a 20’x12’ on a 2”x8” triple beam / all new footings & proper hardware built to code ofcourse with a stair case dropping into the back yard, we also built a new 4’x4’ side entry porch, replaced a burst hose bib, and also replaced the two 36”x80” man doors on the garage! Custom Mahogany railings and posts with black balusters and a Dusk Cherry colored vinyl plank flooring with a new vinyl skirting and kick plates, also laid the flooring in the hallways & bathroom with a new vanity, light & mirror and all new fresh paint to wrap it up ! Absolute beautiful transformation on this customers bathroom! We removed a shower stall and did custom butcher block storage shelving in that spot, and also removed a whirlpool bath tub and built a huge custom tile shower shower with a custom quartz seat top to match the new vanity top we had made, along with matching shower curbs, we installed picket tile with black groute, and river rock shower base with a beautiful rain head shower valve and black shower glass doors to match! On the floor we installed 12”x24” white tile on the floor on the way out the door!
