Lane Roofing has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead residential and commercial roofing projects.

We are the largest and fastest growing roofing company in NH with over 1100 Google reviews and a 5 star rating! We seek a highly motivated candidate to be an integral part of our growing team and contribute to the success of the company.

The qualified candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a roofer in the roofing industry and an additional 2 years managing roofing jobsites (project management).

This candidate must have intimate knowledge of asphalt, standing seam metal and commercial rubber roofing.

Strong interpersonal skills are a must. The candidate will interact with customers, other employees, subcontractors, builders and distributors. It is important to be able to communicate effectively and quickly to gain their trust.

Lane Roofing - Project Manager Responsibilities

Project Manager will take responsibility for the customer engagement, from the start of the roof project through completion.
This includes managing the customer relationship, overseeing the roof project quality and addressing any technical issues that arise during the project.
Respond to all customer questions or concerns immediately throughout the process until project completion
Possess intimate roofing knowledge to address any technical issues that arise and execute repairs
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Ability to gain customer trust during the 1st meeting at the start of the project
Gain and maintain the trust and respect of Lane Roofing employees, subcontractors, and suppliers
Perform sales calls by meeting prospective customers to assess their roof condition and communicate accurately to the sales team for an accurate quote
A valid driver's license is required for operation in NH
Additional beneficial skills:
Comfort level with computer applications such as CRM software
Marketing and social media techniques
Ability to seek and implement jobsite and inter-office efficiencies
Hourly rate commensurate with experience, plus commissions to earn well over $100K
