Here is a treated deck rebuild and a treated pergola built in Grimes last summer. Additionally, I added a staircase off the back deck, spread crushed gravel below the deck and pergola, added a storm door to the front door, and rolled new screen in the windows. This was a cost effective solution that really helped give the home a facelift.
